Heart at Work Consulting was born from a shared belief that meaningful change begins with people. When we lead, work, and connect from the heart, we create stronger, more respectful workplaces. After collaborating together for more than 15 years, we’ve seen first-hand how compassion, clarity, and courage can be transformational. Over time, our shared values and experiences led us to build something of our own, a space where heart and skill meet to support growth, collaboration, and wellbeing at work.
This is our story but it is also an invitation - to lead with heart.

Jennifer graduated form the University of Surrey in the UK with an M.Sc. in Psychology in 2009. In 2010 she began working within the federal government completing psychometric assessments and offering front line mental health support in correctional environments. After moving into positions of leadership a strong organizational lens emerged. This led Jennifer to continue her education in the area of informal conflict resolution, coaching and education. With a passion for connection, Jennifer is a dynamic presenter who loves to create engaging opportunities for teams to learn from each other and with each other. Jennifer also really loves bicycles!
